Session 3: Design Your Future: Crafting your dream career plan.
In this meaningful session we will go through exercises to clarify what you want the short/long term future to look (and feel!) like and identify any skills or experiential gaps that will help you get there.
Session 4: Building Your Professional Brand: Methods for standing out and making an impact.
What do people currently say about you when you are not in the room? How do you make them feel? What are your zones of genius and do people REALLY know about them? In this session we will do a deep dive into your personal brand and start building your unique story, so people want to work with you, before they have even met you.
Session 5: Mentorship and Advocacy: Building high-value relationships that propel your career forward.
Weāll cover how to identify the perfect mentor for you and the step-by-step guide to reaching out and asking them. We will also discuss practical tips for building meaningful mentoring relationships, both as the mentee and as the mentor.
Session 6: Networking with Purpose: Expanding your professional connections strategically.
You may have heard the saying, 'itās not what you know itās who you know', but thatās not entirely true - itās who knows YOU that counts. Based on your long-term goals, weāll identify key people of influence and create your "hot list" along with ways to engage with them authentically.
Session 7:Ā Communicating your valueĀ (internal and external opportunities) How to showcaseĀ the impact of your strengths and experience.
