Coaching Services and Programmes

• Payment terms, instalment plans (if applicable), and what is included in the price
• Refund and cancellation policy specific to that offering
• Confidentiality and the boundaries of our coaching relationship

Coaching is not therapy. My role as a coach is to support you in identifying your goals, developing strategies, and taking action. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel. If at any time I feel that coaching is not the right support for you, I will let you know and may refer you to a more appropriate professional.

Podcast and YouTube Content

I produce a podcast and a YouTube channel as free educational and inspirational resources. By accessing this content, you acknowledge that:

• All content is owned by me and subject to copyright
• The content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice
• You are free to share episodes or videos with credit, but you may not reproduce, repurpose, or redistribute them without my written permission

• Discovery calls or free consultations: These are complimentary and no payment is taken

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:
