Hi, I'm Aimee Bateman

EXECUTIVE COACH & SELF-LEADERSHIP SPEAKER

 

I started as a corporate recruiter in 2003 and spent a decade watching talented women stay stuck. Not because they lacked skill. Because they didn't know their own value.

So I built Careercake. A YouTube channel that became the UK's number 1 career development platform, reaching over 10 million professionals across 42 countries before being acquired in 2022.

But building it nearly broke me.

I had achieved everything I was supposed to want. And yet felt completely disconnected from myself. Nobody around me could see it. Because on the outside everything looked fine.

That's why I do this work.

I've worked with executives in some of the world's most respected organisations. I'm also a mum to a busy toddler and two rescue dogs. Living proof that you can love your career and your life. Unapologetically.
