Hi, I'm Aimee Bateman

Executive Coach & Self-Leadership Expert

I started my career in talent development in 2003. In 2010, I left to build my own coaching business. It became the UK's #1 career development platform, reaching 10 million professionals in 42 countries. In 2022, I led it through a successful acquisition and stepped away to have my son.

Through all of it, I learned that you can't build a career bigger than you believe you deserve. You've already proved what you're capable of. It's time to believe you deserve what's next.

I first saw this with my mum. She spent most of her career putting everyone else first and never quite got the chance to back herself. In her fifties, she finally took charge of her own career and her money. I've never forgotten that. It's why I'm so driven to help women back themselves.
